Talent Crafters — POSH compliance for Indian employers

Talent Crafters was founded in 2026. We say that plainly rather than let a design imply otherwise. What is new, though, is the firm — not the people practising under it. Our empanelled advocates were enrolled with their State Bar Councils between 2005 and 2018 — close to a decade at the bar apiece, and more than two decades for the longest-serving, every one of them practising years before Talent Crafters existed — and our trainers came to POSH work after ten to twelve years each in HR, learning and development, and workplace facilitation.

Those two statements are not equally checkable, and we are not going to present them as though they were. An advocate's years in practice are a matter of public record. The year of enrolment sits on the State Bar Council roll beside the enrolment number. We publish the council and year on the panel, and the name and enrolment number of the advocate proposed for your committee reach you before appointment — subtract one from the current year and you have the number, without us in the loop. What the statute asks of an external member is something else — familiarity with the issues relating to sexual harassment under s.4(2)(c) — and that is a separate question from years in practice, worth putting to any candidate before appointment.

Our trainers' earlier years are a claim we are making, not a record you can pull. NIST certifies that a trainer passed its assessment; it does not certify what they did in the ten years before it, and no Indian awarding body certifies that for anyone. Their POSH and workplace training delivery dates from 2024, and came under the Talent Crafters banner in 2026 — those two dates you can hold us to. Take the decade before them on our word, or discount it; we would rather mark which is which than let the two blur into one number. What we ask you to check instead of a track record:

• Every advocate and trainer on our register carries a checkable credential — a Bar Council enrolment number or an awarding-body roll number. The panel lists each one by council or awarding body and year; the full name and number are sent on request through our verification process, and always for whoever is proposed for your committee.
• Every statutory claim on this site cites the section of the POSH Act 2013 or its Rules it comes from, rather than a paraphrase.
• Internal Committee appointment orders and signed confidentiality undertakings are built into the engagement as structural guarantees, not optional extras.
• Our pricing is published, not quoted case by case after a call.

For a firm this young, that is what we mean by trust: not a claim, but a set of things you can go verify yourself.
