What we collect

Name, contact details, employment and educational information, and communication records when you use our website, request a service, or contact us. What is collected depends on the service requested and your interactions with us.

Purpose

To deliver the services you request, respond to enquiries, meet legal and regulatory obligations, improve our website and services, and communicate updates.

Lawful basis and consent

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, contract performance, legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in delivering services. Under the DPDP Act, 2023, we obtain consent for non-statutory processing and keep records of consent and its withdrawal.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to deliver services and to meet statutory obligations, including POSH annual-reporting and SHe-Box records. Statutory retention periods apply to complaint-related documents and inquiry files.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver services, with government bodies or regulators where required by law, and with authorised personnel within Talent Crafters, under confidentiality terms.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you may access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion where no statutory obligation requires retention, withdraw consent, and lodge a grievance with our grievance officer.

Grievance redressal

We do not maintain a separate Data Protection Officer or Grievance Officer post. Direct any data-related query or grievance to info@talentcrafters.co.in, with "Data grievance" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 business hours and respond within 5 business days.

WhatsApp enquiries

The WhatsApp button on this site opens a short form asking for your name, organisation, phone number, email address, and what you are enquiring about. Those details are held only in your own browser for the duration of your visit and are written into a draft WhatsApp message. Nothing is transmitted to us, or to anyone else, unless you choose to send that message in WhatsApp. If you do send it, the message and your WhatsApp phone number reach us through WhatsApp, and its handling is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. If you arrived from an AI assistant or search engine, the draft message includes a short one-word source label so we can tell where the enquiry came from. You can clear the retained details at any time by closing the browser tab, and you can contact us by the contact form, email, or phone instead.
