Pre-training needs assessment — POSH awareness session
Before we run a session for your team, we ask for this. It takes about five minutes, and it decides the language the session is delivered in, the examples the trainer reaches for, and how much ground the session has to cover. A form filled in properly is the difference between a session your people recognise themselves in and a generic slide deck. Everything you enter is used for training design and nothing else.
What your answers change
An awareness session under s.19 is not one fixed deck. The Act sets what has to be covered; it says nothing about the vocabulary, the examples, or the reading level — and those are what decide whether a room of machine operators and a room of account managers both leave able to use what they heard.
So the answers below are load-bearing. Participant mix sets the language and the register. Prior exposure sets the depth — a group trained last year does not need the same forty minutes as a group hearing it for the first time. Whether an Internal Committee already exists changes what we can tell participants about where a complaint actually goes. And knowing there has been past IC activity, with no detail at all, changes the tone a trainer takes into the room.
Answer what you know. A blank field is better than a guess, and not sure is a real answer we would rather have than an invented one.
This form designs your session and does nothing else. We do not ask for the details of any complaint, the name of any person involved, or any record from an inquiry — and you should not send them here. The one question about past IC activity is answerable yes or no, and yes or no is all we want.
Handling is covered by our privacy notice, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Tell us about the session
Six short groups. Only the organisation, point of contact and email are required — everything else sharpens the session but will not block the form.
What happens next
We read it and come back within one working day with the session outline, the language and trainer we propose, and confirmation that your dates work. If anything in your answers changes the scope — a regional language we need to source for, or a second batch for IC members — we raise it then, rather than on the day.
If you would rather talk it through first, contact us and we will fill this in with you. Fee ranges for both training tracks are published at pricing.
Where to go next
Separate s.19 awareness and IC-capacity training, ₹15,000–60,000 per session, onsite or online.
Published price ranges for each service, and what is not included.
