Indian SMBs without in-house HR capacity
Designed for Indian small and medium businesses with 10 or more employees (s.4) that do not have the internal HR capacity to manage POSH compliance independently. We work onsite across Delhi NCR and online pan-India.
What we do not do
- Provide formal legal representation in court proceedings
- Take control of your Internal Committee — we advise and support it
- Guarantee any specific outcome in a complaint inquiry
- Make disciplinary or termination decisions (your organisation retains that authority)
- Act as counsel to a respondent
Frequently asked
Do we still need an external member if we use this service?
Yes. An external member is a required part of the IC under s.4(2)(c). We can source and appoint one from our panel, but the employer remains responsible for the appointment.
How long does IC formation take?
Typically 15 days from the signed appointment order to a fully constituted IC, depending on your availability and branch structure.
What if we have multiple offices?
Each office or administrative unit must have its own IC (s.4). We set up and coordinate all your ICs across locations from a single point of contact.
Can you handle a complaint that predates our engagement?
Within the statutory window, yes — a complaint may be filed up to 3 months from the incident, extendable by a further 3 months (s.9). We assess it and bring it into your IC process.
