AI training and tooling for Indian SMBs
We run AI training for small and medium business teams — workshops and cohort programmes for non-technical staff and managers, delivered onsite across Delhi NCR or online pan-India — and separately help build, deploy, and maintain the AI tooling those teams end up using: workflow automation, internal tools, and chatbots or assistants. Format, duration and price are confirmed per engagement.
Who this is for
Non-technical teams
Built for people who use AI tools day to day without a technical background — the primary audience for this programme.
Managers
Covers what a manager needs to evaluate how their team is using AI, not how to build anything.
Mixed-skill teams
Sessions can run for teams with a wide range of prior AI exposure in the same room.
Remote or hybrid staff
Delivered online pan-India for teams that are not co-located; onsite delivery is Delhi NCR only.
No existing AI policy
If your organisation has no internal AI use policy yet, that gap is itself something we help close — see below.
Technical or engineering teams
A highly technical track is available alongside the standard non-technical-audience programme, scoped to the team's engineering context.
Teams wanting hands-on build
Beyond training, we scope and build the automation, internal tool, or assistant itself if that's what you actually need — see below.
What we deliver
Sessions are scoped to the organisation before delivery. The specifics below are confirmed per engagement.

Two things we offer separately from workshops
AI use policy drafting
We help an organisation write its own internal AI use policy — a plain document setting out what staff may and may not do with AI tools at work. It is drafted with your team's input, not handed down unseen, and can be commissioned on its own or alongside a workshop.
AI tooling implementation
Where a workshop isn't the point — you need a working automation, an internal tool, or an AI assistant wired into how your team already works — we scope, build, deploy, and maintain it as its own engagement, separate from training. Covers workflow automation, custom internal tools, and chatbots or assistants.
What the sessions cover
Themes below, not a fixed numbered curriculum — actual modules are scoped per engagement.
Where AI tools help, and where they don't
Good AI practices and ethics — setting realistic expectations for what these tools are reliable for, and where judgement stays with the team.
Using AI tools in everyday work
Basic training on using AI tools day to day, through to integration and semi-automation of existing workflows — depth depends on the team's scope and current tooling.
Checking output and spotting error
Spotting confident-but-wrong answers and knowing when a human check is non-negotiable.
Data handling and confidentiality
Data protection: what is safe to put into a tool and what is not.
What we do not do
- We do not draft an AI use policy without your organisation's input — it is written with you, not issued to you.
- We do not guarantee outcomes from a single workshop; adoption depends on what your teams do afterward.
FAQ
Who is this training for?
It is built for non-technical staff and managers at small and medium businesses — people who use AI tools in their day-to-day work but have no technical background. It is not an engineering-focused programme.
What formats are offered?
Format is confirmed per engagement at scoping.
How long is a session?
Duration depends on the format and the organisation's needs, and is confirmed at scoping.
What languages is it delivered in?
Confirmed per engagement at scoping.
Is this delivered onsite or online?
Both. Onsite delivery covers Delhi NCR; online delivery is available pan-India.
Does this count toward the POSH Act's awareness programme requirement?
No. AI training is a separate offering from the awareness programmes and workshops required under POSH Act 2013, s.19. The two should not be conflated or substituted for one another.
Can you help us write an AI use policy without a full training programme?
Yes — policy drafting is offered as a standalone engagement, separate from the training sessions.
Do you build custom AI tools, or only run training?
Both. Beyond workshops, we scope, build, deploy, and maintain AI tooling — workflow automation, custom internal tools, and chatbots or assistants — as its own engagement.
Is implementation billed separately from training?
Yes. Training, policy drafting, and tooling implementation are separate engagements and can be commissioned independently or together; price is confirmed at scoping in each case.
How do we verify a trainer's credentials?
Trainers are listed on the panel with a roll number. Use our verification process to have it confirmed directly with the awarding body.
